Board of Directors (Volunteer Position, 2-Year term)

IOS Board of Directors is supported to follow the vision and mission of IOS through quarterly meetings with guest speakers, committee service, regular financial reports and updates on organizational activities. Directors are invited to attend studio visits with local artists and meetings/ events with local organizations and schools. Directors support the resource development of the organization, communicate our work and values to the community, and act as a spokesperson for IOS.

Treasurer, Board of Directors (Volunteer Position, 2-Year term)

The IOS Treasurer position specifically oversees Financial Management & Oversight, Budget & Compliance. The ideal candidate should be available to attend quarterly board meetings and committee meetings as needed, serve on IOS Executive and Fundraising committees, have experience with fiscal management and/or accounting best practices and systems, and be community minded with an interest in or supporting the arts and artists in Inglewood.
